Finally… A Fulfillment Center Exclusively for women-Owned Subscription Boxes & E-Commerce Brands

We take care of orders, so you can take care of business.

No minimums.

No complicated pricing.

No kidding.

 Imagine This…

Being at ease and excited for shipping day, rather than feeling completely drained.

Freeing your home from boxes upon boxes of inventory (and crinkle-cut) to reclaim space you can more fully relax from work.

Having more time to focus on income-producing activities to grow your business and tasks only you as CEO can do.

Sounds amazing, right?

We do things a little differently here…

For starters, we’re 100% woman-owned with a mission to serve as a catalyst of gender equality for the brands we work with, those we employ at Sub SupportHer, and women everywhere.

We lead by understanding you, your needs, and what challenges you face. For many, we are not only working to build and grow the businesses that we are so passionate about, but we also continue to juggle being a spouse, mom, full-time employee outside your business, sister, aunt, caretaker, and more.

We understand how hard (and anxiety-inducing) it can be to relinquish control over any aspect of your business, but to then hand off the packaging and shipping of your subscription box or product, is a whole other level. That’s why we’re focused on providing a high-touch partnership to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Working with Laura for the fulfillment of my subscription boxes has been amazing thus far. Relinquishing control of fulfillment is scary, but Laura made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. My subscribers are receiving their boxes, and the products all arrived safely and the boxes look beautiful. Having Laura's help has been so beneficial to my business and my mental health, and I can't wait to continue partnering with her for my fulfillment needs in the months to come!

 Simplified Pricing

The industry standard for fulfillment centers is to have you contact them for a quote and then everything is based on how many ‘touches’, which can fluctuate each month. That leaves you guessing what your cost will be and hinders your ability to budget & plan. And let’s not get into being nickel & dime’d for those extra “surprise” touches!

Ladies, we don’t have time for that.

That’s why we’re not hiding our prices. We want you to know upfront, before any conversations happen, where our pricing starts.

The Price is Right

All tiers include:

  • Receiving and verifying monthly inventory, as well as reporting any inventory damages

  • Monthly fulfillment of up to 5 items, 2 inserts, and your packaging crinkle cut or bubble wrap you provide

  • Monthly strategy session so we can stay current on your brand, box, and any upcoming events or sales that may require additional support

  • Storage of excess inventory after monthly shipment

Tier 2

*Additional assembly of box items, photography of boxes, or other fulfillment needs can be added on as an additional monthly cost. Prices are subject to change.

Hi, I’m Laura!

I know all that goes into fulfilling a subscription box because I did it for my own sub-box! And it was one aspect of the business that I genuinely loved.

My team and I understand the importance of your products reaching your customers as if you personally filled each order. We believe you should have access to fulfillment support no matter what your numbers are. Outsourcing that monthly task could be the one thing that allows you to scale!

Let us take care of fulfillment so you can take care of the bigger business tasks only you as CEO can do.

 FAQs

  • We are approximately 1.5 hours southwest of Chicago. Being centrally located in the midwest allows for most packages to have a 2 or 3 day transit time.

  • No catch. We believe you can have a profitable business without having to nickel and dime customers.

As fierce champions of women-owned small businesses, we’re tired of the “bro-culture” that is (sadly) standard across the industry. Sub SupportHer Fulfillment is ready to shake up the industry and put the women-owned brands we work with as top priority.

  • We know no matter how seamless we make the process, you will still have some anxiety around handing over this part of your business. That’s why we will work closely with you to make sure inventory and packaging are up to your standards. We do this via our monthly strategy sessions, pictures, and being accessible for email or Voxer discussions.

  • The shipping cost can be handled in two ways. The first option, is we can pay for the postage and invoice you. The second option, and most preferred, is for you to create the labels in your Pirate Ship or Ship Station account and we print them and place them on boxes.

In regards to returns, you can have our fulfillment listed as the return address or have your address listed.

  • Once you’ve decided to use our fulfillment services and a contract has been signed, you will be invoiced and payment is due within 2 business days. This secures your spot and allows us to dive into preparing for your items.

Going forward, your sale cycle will help determine your monthly invoice, which is discussed during our initial call. Any one-time products or extra inventory that we package and ship throughout the month will be invoiced the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • We do require 30 days written notice if you should want to cancel services. This allows us to prepare your inventory to be shipped back, as well as allows us to logistically determine space availability for brands on our waitlist.

  • Our pricing tiers do cover a lot, but there are additional charges that you may incur depending on if you opt-in to them. For example, if you have one-time purchase items that you’d like us to fulfill that will be an additional charge based on what kind of items they are and the volume of one-time orders you typically have.

Additionally, if you have items that require us to assemble, such as packaging pens in a separate bag, that would be an additional charge depending on the scope of the project. What we can guarantee is that you will be fully aware of any additional charges, prior to being invoiced - meaning we may say “Hey Suzie, this month’s box has a lot more kitting to it. It will be an extra $.”

We strongly believe fulfillment costs shouldn’t be a mathematical equation each month, which is why we strive to make it as easy as possible for everyone involved.

  • We get it. We’re new. We’re small. We’re not the cheapest (nor do we want to be). Women-owned businesses continue to grow exponentially, yet the fulfillment industry remains stagnant and stale. We believe in quality work over quantity. We believe in the power and impact women-owned businesses have on our communities and we are committed to helping you achieve your big business dreams.

  • Sure! Please use info@subsupporther.com for any fulfillment service questions. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
